BAUER Fundaciones Panamá, S.A. is aware of the importance of protecting our employees in occupational safety and health, as well as prevent diseases and significant occupational risks that could be generated in our job related to foundations and other associated activities, managing the compliance of the national legislation of safety and occupational health, as well as other requirements that apply, under the principle of continuous improvement supported by our SSO and the responsibilities defined in the management system.
This policy provides the framework for the establishment and periodic review of goals and objectives of occupational health and safety with the following purposes:
BAUER Fundaciones Panamá, S.A. has a Management Manual of SSO, aiming to present the objectives, structures and responsibilities of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to improve the performance of the organization and thus contribute to the fulfillment of the mission, vision, legal framework, the policy of OHSAS 18001:2007 and those requirements in which the organization subscribes.
BAUER Fundaciones Panamá, S.A. has been evaluated and certified as to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 for the following activities:
Foundations construction considering: bored piles, micropiles, ground anchors, retention walls, diaphragm wall, soil improvement and related works.
